Create and verify your business account

Start with your business name, an email address you control and a strong password. Read and accept the business terms and acknowledge the privacy notice. Creating an account does not take a payment. Open the verification email before signing in. If the link expires, request another from the verification page; there is no need for the founder to approve an ordinary account.

Pay once, then let verification finish

Open Billing & export and continue to Stripe-hosted checkout. The initial payment is £278: £199 for automated activation and guided onboarding plus the first £79 month. The subscription renews monthly until cancelled. A successful browser redirect alone does not activate paid features. TaskPilot checks Stripe's payment, invoice, customer and subscription records. Use Check payment status if the dashboard has not caught up; do not make a second payment to resolve a delay.

Complete the saved setup checklist

Add at least one service and save your business name and a public HTTPS link to your business privacy notice. The dashboard confirms readiness automatically when payment and configuration conditions are met. Copy the hosted form link and check it on your phone. You can leave and return without losing saved progress. Your paid subscription period starts with payment, so finish your configuration when you are ready to use it.
