What is included
One business account, up to 30 service choices, one branded hosted or embedded enquiry form, 200 processed enquiries per verified subscription month, manual quotation and booking records, follow-up dates and data export. No automatic overage charge.
What you pay
£278 initially: £199 one-time setup plus the first £79 month. Then £79 each month until cancelled. Nadine Pierre LTD is not VAT registered and no VAT is charged. Stripe hosts payment entry.
What setup covers
Automated activation after verified payment, guided service configuration, a branded hosted enquiry form, validation and optional self-service embed instructions. No founder consultancy or installation appointment is included. Bespoke integrations and workforce scheduling are outside the scope.
Cancellation
Cancel before your next renewal using the hosted Stripe portal where provided, or request cancellation at hello@taskpilotai.co.uk from your verified account contact. Keep confirmation. Access normally continues through the verified paid period; refunds and data deletion are separate requests.
Account and billing availability
Checkout is customer-initiated when registration is available. The demo never creates a charge. Independent legal/privacy review remains outstanding; the owner has adopted these business terms.
