Does an enquiry confirm a booking?
No. You review the request, prepare the price and agree the booking directly with the customer. You then record it in SmartBookings Lite.
Will it send emails to my customers?
When enabled, the seven transactional message types cover welcome/verification, new enquiries, quotations, recorded bookings, cancellations, subscription status and payment failures. You still agree prices and bookings with your customer.
Is AI required?
No. All core work is manual and deterministic. Optional AI summaries are disabled in the preview and cannot set prices or confirm bookings.
How much does it cost?
£199 setup plus £79/month: £278 initially, then £79 each month until cancelled. No VAT is currently charged.
Can I embed the form?
Yes. Use the iframe code in Form & settings or share the hosted form. Protected staging requires preview access; public embedding follows launch approval.
How do I cancel or export?
Request cancellation before renewal through the provided Stripe portal or verified support channel. Export your business data from Billing & export. Cancellation does not automatically request deletion.
